Two petite almond shortbread domes joined with dark chocolate. Ground almonds, butter, sugar, flour, and a pinch of sea salt baked to a crisp edge and short, sandy crumb. Filled with 66–70% dark chocolate for balance and a clean almond finish. Made in small batches. Serve with espresso or give as a refined gift.
