PRE-ORDER. Baked fresh for Thanksgiving. Ships Nov 17–23. All items in an order ship together in that window.

Shipping

• We ship within Tennessee only.
  
• Orders $45+ ship via express 1–2 day service.
  
• Orders under $45 ship standard (typically 2–5 business days).
  
• Shipping rates show at checkout. You’ll see “Holiday Pre-Order (Ships Nov 17–23)” for pre-orders.
  
• We are not responsible for carrier delays after handoff.
  
• Enter the address correctly. We cannot replace orders with wrong addresses.
  

Order changes and cancellations

• Change or cancel by Nov 15 or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever is sooner.
  
• After that, the order is locked for production.
  

Returns and refunds

• Perishable items are not returnable.
  
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [your email] within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund.
  

Product info

• Allergens: our products use tree nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy.
  
• We cannot guarantee allergen cross-contact.
  
• Storage: keep sealed at room temperature. Best within 7–10 days.
  
• Freeze for longer storage. Thaw sealed.
  

Cottage-food disclosure (Tennessee)

• Made in a home kitchen under Tennessee cottage-food law. Not inspected by the Department of Health.
